On Tuesday, Stojan Vranjes started training with the reserves. The Bosnian has been told that he has no place in the squad under the plans of Besnik Hasi, who only wants to train players who fit his concepts.
Vranjes has been given a free choice of finding a new club, but with only a few hours left before the end of the window, it’s doubtful that something will come up. There were rumours that the ex-Lechia Gdańsk player could go to Partizan Belgrad as part of the purchase of Miroslav Radović – but this is very unlikely and can easily be put in the unfounded rumour pile.
So for now, it looks like Vranjes is staying in Warsaw. Legia could decide to let him go by a mutual understanding of cancelling the contract. It’s hard to tell how the Bosnian would react to such a proposition, but for now, he has to attend the training of the third-league reserve side.
